100° and Rising

Went on a 13 mile trail run today on the Great Western Trail. Took a spill about half back down; covered my left arm, face, and both hands. I kicked up so much dirt that I could taste it. Had my roommate take a picture when I got back but it did not do my filthiness justice. It was hot but fun.
