He did not cry to much after being born, but certainly did not care for his first bath. Can we say, traumatic!

T's First Picture

 
Thomas Allen Schlosser, III., aka Little t. Was born June 18, 2009 at 5:22 PM. This was just after being cleaned up and taken back to mom. He weighed in at 8lbs 9ozs and was 20in long.

Practice Pushing!

 
I ask Britt after a few contractions, how it was going to look when she started pushing. She said, "Something like this!" For the most part she was able to keep a pretty good sense of humor for the whole delivery. Thank you, Epideral!

Blind Contour

 
Just wanted to show off some of the artwork of Britt's Students. This is a blind contour, the students cannot look down at the paper or pick up the pen. They had to remain focused on the person in front of them... and that is pen! What a good little art teacher and soon to be mom we have!

Tom the Turkey

 
Well I didn't harvest a turkey this year, but the few times we went out they were fun. All I have to say about not getting a turkey is; 'Thanks, Sis Larson.'

Well for those that did not get my mass e-mail I am a producer for American Family Inusrance. Cougar Kill

 
Okay, I don't know for sure but there was still flesh on the skull and it was just outside a cave! It was just up a little slot canyon where I saw some cougar tracks in the winter.

Turkey Tracks

 
While everbody else is looking for turkeys down in the canyon... I found them!!! They are still up on the mountain playing in the snow! Can't wait for my turn... I think that I am going to try and harvest one with my bow. Okay, not the bow that I have now because I don't have one, but I will soon!

No Sheds

 
I have seen plenty of Elk, but no sheds. I saw two tonight and four in almost the same spot last night. I was tried to hold the dog still while I was focusing in, in the mean time the Elk decided to move.

Our Famous Little Teacher

Well Britt was suprised last week at school and ended up making it into the local paper. She was nominated to be USU's 'Student Teacher of the Year.' If she wins she will be the 2nd Art Major to ever win!
